Dayton’s Challenge

Hat’s off to Tom Lehman for his passion, not only as a great golfer, but for his golf tournament which raises money for Children’s Cancer Research.

The Dayton's Challenge is a wonderful annual charity event hosted by Tom Lehman at the Minneapolis Golf Club in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. The tournament raises money to help the Children's Cancer Research Fund at the University of Minnesota. To date, the Dayton's Challenge has raised over $4.4 million for the CCRF.

The Children's Cancer Research Fund is one of the strongest volunteer based organizations in Minneapolis. They support research for the cure, prevention, and treatment of cancer in kids at the University of Minnesota, which holds the premier facility for treatment of cancer developing in children. They preformed the world's first successful bone marrow transplant to treat leukemia, and they have the largest pediatric bone marrow transplant program in the world. Their purpose for existence is to learn more about the cause of cancer in children, and they are dedicated to eliminate this terrible life destroyer.
