I don't know if this encouraging, but it is interesting given the huge StarTrek cult. Seems hard to believe that some where, some time, Shatner has never seen himself in the role of Captian James T. Kirk of the Federation Star Ship Enterprise.
William Shatner has revealed that he has never watched an episode of Star Trek.
The actor played Captain James T Kirk from 1966 to 1969 and in seven subsequent movies, but claimed he had never seen himself in the role.
The 76-year-old said on his blog: "I never watched Star Trek. I have not even seen any of the Star Trek movies. I don't watch myself.

That is hilarious!! I can't stand Star Trek or trekkies. It is refreshing to know that Shatner isn't too full of himself.
